1. How to Cancel

If you face any issues, you can also contact our support team, and we’ll assist you
promptly.
2. What Happens After Cancellation
Once you cancel:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will continue to have full access to all features and credits included in your plan
- Your plan will not renew in the next billing cycle
3. Mid-Billing Cycle Cancellation
If you cancel in the middle of your billing period:
- Your access will not be affected immediately
- You can continue using the platform until your current billing cycle ends
- No partial refunds or prorated charges will apply after the refund window
4. Refund Policy (10-Day Satisfaction Guarantee)
We offer a 10-day satisfaction guarantee for all paid plans.
- If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 10 days of your initial
purchase
- Refund requests made after 10 days will not be eligible
- Refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe after approval
5. Credit Usage & Expiry
- Credits are allocated monthly based on your plan
- Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle
- After cancellation, remaining credits can be used until your billing period ends
6. Plan Changes (Upgrade / Downgrade)
- You can upgrade your plan anytime for immediate access to higher limits
- Downgrades will take effect from the next billing cycle
7. No Cancellation Fees
We do not charge any cancellation fees.
You are free to start, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan anytime.
8. Abuse & Policy Misuse
To ensure fair usage for all users:
- Accounts found misusing the platform, APIs, or credit system may be restricted or
suspended
- In such cases, refunds may not be applicable
