6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

• Your plan remains active until the end of the billing cycle
• You will not be charged for the next cycle

We offer a 10-day satisfaction guarantee:

• Full refund within 10 days of purchase
• Requests after this period are not eligible

Cancellation does not immediately terminate access, and no additional fees apply.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• engage in unlawful or harmful activities
• disrupt or interfere with the platform
• misuse APIs or credit systems
• generate illegal or rights-violating content

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access in cases of misuse.

8. AI-Generated Content

The platform uses AI to generate content. While we aim for high-quality outputs:

• outputs may not always be accurate or complete
• users are responsible for reviewing results

We do not guarantee specific outcomes or performance from AI-generated content.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights in the platform remain the property of TechNylo.

You may not:

• copy, reproduce, or distribute the platform itself
• reverse-engineer or replicate our technology

10. Availability & Changes to Services

We strive to maintain platform availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

11. Limitation of Liability
